Announcing the Technical Support Community
We believe that technology should be a force for good — and that access to quality technical support should never be a barrier for those working to make the world better. Today, we're proud to announce the Technical Support Community (TSC).
What We Do
TSC is a free technical support initiative for:
- Social projects and NGOs — from women's rights organizations to environmental groups
- Local businesses with good causes — bookshops spreading literature, art galleries, music collectives, science educators
- Cultural and educational initiatives — anyone spreading science, art, books, or music in their community
- Community organizers in Baghdad and around the world who otherwise cannot afford premium technical support
We offer full-featured websites with custom design, dashboards, and cutting-edge technologies — the same quality we build for our premium clients, at no cost for qualifying projects.
Why We're Doing This
A technical problem is a technical problem. It doesn't matter if you're a multinational corporation or a small NGO teaching kids to code — when your website breaks, or you need a custom tool, the frustration is the same. But the resources to solve it are not.
We are all in this together. If we can use our skills to amplify the work of people who are already making a difference in their communities, that's not charity — that's just being a good neighbour.
The Resource Hub
Beyond direct support, TSC will maintain a growing resource hub covering practical guides on:
- AI & Prompt Engineering — getting the most out of modern AI tools
- Social Media Strategy — building presence without burning out
- Design Principles — making things that look good and work well
- Web Development — from HTML to modern frameworks
- Business Technology — tools and workflows that scale
- And whatever comes next — the technological future is exciting, and we'll be here to help navigate it
